The Alu-Plastic-Alu blister packaging machine is a dedicated machine for three-layer composite sealing with a PVC middle layer plus upper and lower aluminum foils (PTP aluminum + tropical aluminum). With a roller-plate composite structure, it completes in one pass the entire process of PVC heated positive-pressure forming, automatic material filling, upper PTP aluminum foil heat sealing, lower tropical aluminum composite sealing, steel-stamp coding, easy-tear line perforation, blister card punching and automatic waste edge rewinding. The finished product has a three-layer hermetic structure and, compared with conventional alu-plastic and double-aluminum packaging, offers stronger oxygen barrier, light protection and moisture resistance. It complies with the new GMP pharmaceutical production standards and can be put into independent standalone production or connected to an automatic cartoning production line. It is mainly used for three-layer alu-plastic-alu sealed packaging of tablets, hard capsules, soft capsules, dropping pills, traditional Chinese medicine pills, health food and small medical devices; one machine is compatible with three packaging modes — alu-plastic, alu-alu and alu-plastic-alu — and switching packaging materials only requires changing the corresponding molds.
Dedicated three-layer composite heat sealing module: upper and lower dual-station independent temperature-controlled heat sealing system with zone temperature control; the upper ordinary PTP aluminum foil is flat-sealed while the lower tropical aluminum is heat-melt sealed at high temperature, so the three layers are bonded tightly with no delamination and no missed or false seals, and the sealing performance of the finished product meets pharmacopoeia storage standards.
Full PLC touch screen + servo traction control: the pitch, running speed and heating temperature of each station are set digitally on the touch screen, and production recipes can be stored so that no repeated adjustment is needed when changing specifications; five photoelectric sensing points are provided for PVC shortage, upper/lower aluminum foil shortage, material shortage, insufficient air pressure and overheating, with audible and visual fault alarms + automatic shutdown protection, and fault codes displayed intuitively on the screen.
Roller-plate combined forming process: flat-plate positive-pressure forming ensures full blister cavities with uniform wall thickness, while roller-type continuous heat sealing improves production efficiency, balancing forming quality and high-speed capacity.
304 stainless steel clean body: all material-contact surfaces are made of 304 stainless steel, and the frame is made of thickened carbon steel, precision-machined and electrostatically powder-coated, with rounded corners for easy washing and cleaning, meeting the production environment requirements of pharmaceutical clean workshops.
Standard waste rewinding mechanism: after punching, the three-layer composite waste edges are automatically wound and collected, reducing the frequency of manual cleaning; the modular station layout uses positioning pins to fix the forming, feeding, heat sealing and punching stations, making mold assembly and disassembly quick and time-saving.
Split splice structure: the body can be split for segmented transport and lifted into the workshop, then quickly assembled and put into production on site using positioning bolts.
Applicable packaging materials: middle layer PVC rigid film (0.18~0.5mm); upper layer pharmaceutical PTP aluminum foil (0.02~0.035mm); lower layer pharmaceutical tropical aluminum foil (0.09~0.15mm); the three materials are unwound, composited and sealed synchronously.
