The vision laser marking machine is built on standard fiber laser marking and is equipped with a CCD high-definition vision positioning system + intelligent image recognition software. Relying on an industrial camera to capture the contour features of workpieces in real time and automatically compare them with preset templates, it autonomously corrects workpiece offset and angular deviation, with no need for custom precision fixtures — workpieces can be placed loosely and randomly and still be marked accurately. It can be used as a standalone desktop unit for static processing, or equipped with a conveyor and a vibratory bowl feeder for fully automatic inline coding on a production line, automatically engraving LOGO, production date, batch number, serial number, 1D barcode, QR code and fine character patterns. The markings are permanent and corrosion-resistant and cannot be wiped off or altered. It is suitable for batch automated production of irregular parts and scattered small parts and is widely used in 3C electronics, hardware accessories, IC components, jewelry, plastic parts and other industries.
CCD intelligent vision positioning system: standard 5-megapixel industrial camera + ring fill light source; vision automatically captures, converts coordinates and corrects the path, automatically compensating for incoming material offset, skew and misalignment, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm, eliminating the cost of molds and fixtures and shortening changeover and adjustment time by 90%.
Fiber laser light source: pulsed fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, a service life of ≥100,000 hours, excellent beam quality and a fine spot, with stable power and little attenuation during long-term continuous operation.
High-speed digital galvanometer module: maximum scanning speed of 7000mm/s and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm; tiny characters and precision QR codes have clear edges without burrs.
Intelligent integrated control system: the marking software and vision system work in closed-loop linkage and support multiple file formats such as BMP, DXF, PLT and AI; variable serial numbers, automatic dates and batch variable codes are generated with one click, and multiple templates can be stored and switched with one click.
Air-cooled maintenance-free structure: integrated air cooling for the whole machine, with no cooling water and no ink consumables; routine maintenance only requires dust removal, enabling stable 24-hour uninterrupted mass production.
Multi-scenario adaptable installation: standard desktop lifting stand; can be fitted with an XY moving platform, production line frame and rotary fixture, compatible with both static standalone and inline flying marking production modes.
