The UV laser marking machine adopts a DPSS all-solid-state 355nm UV laser, which breaks the molecular bonds of the material with high-energy UV photons to achieve cold-processing marking — with no thermal burning and no material scorching or deformation — differing from fiber and CO₂ thermal processing equipment. The machine is equipped with a high-speed digital scanning galvanometer and a professional laser control system; it can perform static desktop marking, or be fitted with a photoelectric switch and encoder to work with a production line for inline flying coding. It permanently engraves fine LOGO, serial numbers, variable QR codes, trace production dates and precision characters, with marks that are traceless and rub-resistant, suitable for fine coding of high-precision products such as heat-sensitive plastics, glass, PCBs and electronic components. It is widely used in 3C electronics, pharmaceutical packaging, optical glass, cosmetic bottle caps and new energy accessories industries.
355nm cold light source processing: short UV wavelength, heat-affected zone <5μm and an ultra-fine spot; processing without burning, cracking or yellowing, enabling damage-free marking on heat-sensitive materials.
High-quality beam output: beam quality M²＜1.2, laser power fluctuation ≤±1% over long periods and a service life of ≥20,000 hours, with strong stability.
Ultra-fine marking: minimum character 0.1mm and minimum line width 0.01mm; tiny QR codes have neat edges with a 100% scan pass rate.
Zero consumables and no ink: no ribbons or ink required and no consumable consumption; the machine only needs regular dust removal and maintenance, resulting in low operating costs.
Complete software functions: compatible with DXF, PLT, BMP, AI and other formats; supports automatic number skipping, dynamic dates and batch marking of variable data, with multiple sets of process parameters recalled with one click.
Modular body: standard enclosed desktop frame; optional lifting table, rotary fixture, CCD vision positioning and production line flying marking kit.
