Product Range
The e-commerce semi-automatic carton sealing machine is custom-designed for small express and e-commerce cartons. The operator folds the top and bottom flaps of the carton flat, the carton is fed into the machine, and dual-side belts automatically convey it while the upper and lower tape heads simultaneously apply tape to complete single-strip (I-shaped) sealing. The machine uses manual handwheel lifting to adjust the width, height and flap range; it has a compact, small structure and is easy to move, suitable for sealing mixed express cartons of multiple specifications. It can be used as a standalone unit or combined with a production line as a downstream sealing process.
Small and lightweight body: small footprint, suitable for use in warehouses and narrow e-commerce packing stations.
Manual handwheel mechanical adjustment: the carton width and infeed height are quickly adjusted by handwheel, making changeover and adjustment fast.
Synchronized upper and lower tape application structure: tape is applied flat and tight, and the seal is not prone to curling or cracking.
Dual-side belt clamping and conveying: small express cartons are conveyed stably without tipping or deviating.
Universal braked casters at the bottom: the machine can be moved and positioned freely, allowing flexible switching of packing positions.
Universal tape head: standard 48mm tape position; the head can be replaced to accommodate 60mm carton sealing tape.
