Product Range
The servo case erector is fully automatic carton forming equipment. Relying on a servo motor + PLC touch screen control system, the machine automatically completes the whole process of suction-cup blank picking, carton opening and forming, bottom flap folding, bottom tape sealing and finished product discharge. The vertical storage magazine can hold carton blanks in batches and allows refilling without stopping production; entering the carton size parameters on the touch screen enables one-touch format changeover. The formed cartons are square and neat, and the machine can be connected directly to the front end of carton filling and sealing production lines. It is widely used in automated packaging lines for food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, electronics and e-commerce warehousing.
Full servo drive control: the carton picking, carton opening and carton pushing mechanisms are servo-linked, with a positioning accuracy of ≤±1mm; unaffected by fluctuations in air supply pressure, they run smoothly with low noise and are not prone to skewed cartons, carton jamming or unsealed bottoms during continuous mass production.
One-touch intelligent changeover: multiple sets of carton specification parameters are stored on the touch screen, and switching carton specifications is completed within 3 minutes, eliminating manual handwheel adjustment one by one and adapting to flexible production of multiple carton types.
Large-capacity vertical magazine: a vertical carton storage structure holding 50~80 blanks per load, allowing cartons to be replenished at any time during production without stopping work.
Intelligent fault warning: equipped with photoelectric detection, with audible and visual alarms for blank shortage, tape breakage, no tape and carton jamming, reducing consumable and carton losses.
Thickened carbon steel frame: the whole machine is welded from square tubing and powder-coated, with a sturdy structure capable of 24-hour uninterrupted operation; a standard safety guard door makes maintenance and tape replacement convenient.
Standardized discharge height: the discharge table matches the standard production line height, seamlessly connecting with downstream equipment such as carton filling machines and carton sealing machines.
